Full Summer Booking

Book the entire summer and qualify for a payment plan! Place a deposit at checkout, and automatic payments will be withdrawn on:

• April 1st
• May 6th
• June 3rd

Early Drop Off:   

Early drop off at 12:00 $10/person 

• Early Drop Off can be added at booking, or as needed throughout the season.  
• Families purchasing the full 11-week camp should email Erica at FieldWorkshopGreendale@gmail.com with specific early drop-off dates.

• Sample Camp Day
• Circle time, get to know you games,  socialization
• Themed workshop time - structured craft, stem activity, building challenge, etc
• Park, nature hike, organized outdoor games
• Library/community service/community walkabout (fire station, police station, war memorial, VFW, water tower, chimney bingo, etc)
• Snack and free time in workshop
• Daily recap & goodbyes

Cancellation Policy

We intentionally keep our camp size small to ensure that our campers have the best experience possible. This means that camp spots are often at a premium and we have to turn people away when we reach capacity. Therefore we are not able to provide refunds for camp after it is booked. 

If you need to change dates you may request a change in writing at least 4 weeks prior to your camp date. We will do our best to accommodate your new date request but cannot guarantee availability.  E-mail fieldworkshopgreendale@gmail.com with date change request. 

No-Show / Cancellations less than 4 weeks: We are not able to offer make up sessions for no-shows or cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice for any reason.

Please let us know if there are serious extenuating circumstances that we should be aware of.

Behavior Policy

We do not tolerate violence of any kind.  Hitting, kicking, throwing an object at another guest, or verbal insults directed toward staff or other guests will be grounds for removal. 

1st Offense:   We will discuss the behavior with the child and redirect.

2nd Offense:  We will discuss the behavior with the caregiver.

3rd Offense:  Caregiver will be called to remove the child immediately.  

No refunds will be provided.
