Each Greendale resident between the ages of 5-18, and all students open enrolling to a Greendale School are eligible to receive up to two 90 minute visits per semester (or 4 per academic year) to be utilized at Field Workshop to complete an academic project or personal enrichment experience.
Program participants may utilize Field Workshop for the following activities
Eligible participants must meet the following requirements:
1. Live in Greendale or be a student of a Greendale School
2. Be between the ages of 5-18
Each eligible participant must enroll in our "Out of School Enrichment Membership". Membership is FREE, and is the key to activating and redeeming your free workshop visits. Enroll Here
Greendale Residents: Upon arrival, parent/student will be required to show proof of Greendale residency via a valid picture ID with a Greendale address, a current utility bill.
Open Enrolled Students: Upon arrival, parent/student will be required to show proof of enrollment at a Greendale School via a valid school ID or written communication from the school stating the child’s name.
Field Workshop welcomes all visitors age 5+ to visit without a parent or guardian, provided the visitor is able to work independently. Parents of children needing assistance with project completion or personal needs are asked to remain present and actively engaged as needed.
All visitors must register for each visit through the Field Workshop website. Those who cannot register online may call to make a reservation.
Visits may last up to 90-minutes. Time may not be carried over to another visit. Two visits may be used on the same day by a single guest. Additional time may be purchased at the regular rate.
Field Workshop staff will acclimate visitors to the space and available materials. Staff will offer guidance on finding materials as needed, and may provide inspiration based on knowledge of materials on hand. Staff will not be able to provide one-on-one project assistance for school-assigned homework or projects.
